I love doing what I can re: sanity and measurement. I'm all for calculating ROI down the penny and so on, but time spent doing that sort of thing should carry it's own ROI. Meta-ROI, if you will. I'm far more interested in using metrics to inform future creative activities, which is why I was psyched to present on listening to your audience. You really can't go wrong by listening.
