I&#039;m all for calculating ROI down the penny and so on, but time spent doing that sort of thing should carry it&#039;s own ROI. Meta-ROI, if you will.

I&#039;m far more interested in using metrics to inform future creative activities, which is why I was psyched to present on listening to your audience. You really can&#039;t go wrong by listening.
