No no, there isn’t yet a shopping cart built right into Twitter. But that doesn’t stop folks from using the popular microblogging tool to increase sales on their sites. This post contains links to articles which describe uses of Twitter that generate sales of products, usually by driving traffic to a specific site. This Twitter for eCommerce article is different from the Twitter for Lead Generation article in that while both are ultimately about making money from your use of Twitter, one makes that money by selling a widget and the other makes the money by having developing a financial relationship with a consumer.
